Anderson Flyers RC Club

Welcome

The Anderson Flyers Radio Control Club welcomes you to become part of our AMA chartered club.

Members primarily fly radio controlled (R/C) model airplanes, quads (FPV), and helicopters that are either electric or gas/nitro powered.

To become a member, you first must become a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) and submit a membership application.

Please see the Become a Member page for additional information and to download a membership application.

Our Field

The Anderson Flyers flying site offers two runway options. The primary runway is a 164' by 30' synthetic runway with grass buffers on each end. Parallel to the synthetic runway is a short-mown grass runway. Both runways are surrounded by well manicured sod fields.

The facility includes a covered sheltered, grass pit area, barbeque grill, frequency board, wind sock, off-street parking,
workbenches, and setup tables.

Spectators are welcome in the spectator's area behind the flight line.
